ACTI PACK CZ : A Key Site for Eastern Europe
Since 2001, ACTI PACK CZ has been operating in the Czech Republic, specializing in the production of PET jars and bottles ranging from 10 ml to 5000 ml. With state-of-the-art equipment in bi-oriented injection stretch blow molding and advanced “Hot Fill” technology, the site meets the specific needs of Central and Eastern European markets. ACTI PACK CZ also offers complementary expertise in extrusion blow molding (HDPE) and provides integrated R&D services for both standard and custom packaging solutions.

Advanced Production Technologies
ACTI PACK CZ operates over 44 modern ISBM machines equipped with automated manipulators, leak testers, and advanced conditioning robots. The “Hot Fill” technology allows for the packaging of products requiring high filling temperatures, such as jams, sauces, or pasteurized goods, with filling temperatures up to 85°C. The Volcano bottle, developed with a standard 38 mm neck, is compatible with a wide range of closures, offering flexibility and extended product shelf life.

ACTI PACK CZ features a dedicated in-house R&D team capable of rapidly designing and prototyping packaging solutions.
