Since 1992, Acti Pack has been designing and manufacturing PET jars and bottles using bi-oriented injection stretch blow molding (ISBM) technology. With over 60 preforms and a wide production range from 10 ml to 5000 ml, Acti Pack meets the needs of the cosmetics, food, and leisure sectors. Equipped with a modern production facility of 44 automated ISBM machines, Acti Pack delivers reliable and responsive packaging solutions tailored to market demands.

Three Production Sites at the Heart of Europe
Acti Pack operates three complementary production sites in the Czech Republic, Germany, and Italy, providing full coverage of the European market. Each site offers advanced technologies, including hot cycle ISBM, cold cycle blow molding, and co-extrusion processes. Acti Pack also offers a “Hot Fill” range, suitable for hot filling up to 85°C, ideal for heat-sensitive products like jams, sauces, or pasteurized goods.

Acti Pack supports customer projects from the design stage with an in-house R&D department equipped with 3D modeling, rapid prototyping, and pre-series production tools.
